velofix is a full service mobile bike shop operating out of a fully equipped Sprinter van! We bring the shop to our customers where and when they need us. We are excited to support Expedia Group commuters with a convenient, premium service that will allow you to save time and ride more.

Expedia Group will cover the cost of two tune-ups per full time employee per calendar year. The cost of any additional labor, and replacement parts and their installation will be the responsibility of the employee. All contractors and vendors of Expedia Group are welcome to schedule service at the Seattle location at the Expedia Group preferred pricing.

WHAT COSTS ARE COVERED BY EXPEDIA Group?

Expedia Group will cover the cost of two basic tune-ups per full time employee per calendar year. Parts and additional labor may be necessary and/or recommended and these costs will be the responsibility of the employee. The velofix mechanic will advise on the best tune-up for your bike at the time of check in.

Please note that on check-in our mechanics will discuss your ride with you, provide recommendations and mutually agree on the work to be carried out. All contractors and vendors of Expedia Group are welcome and encouraged to schedule service with velofix. The Expedia Group preferred pricing will be applied.
