Discounts and Subsidies

Eligible Microsoft employees are entitled to 20% off bike services and two $70 subsidies that can be applied towards 2 tune-ups a year (July 1 through June 30). Prices below are quoted with the discount and subsidy applied. For more details on the Microsoft program visit the Bicycle Tune-Up page. Services and additional costs above the $70 subsidy are eligible for reimbursement through the Bicycle Commuter Reimbursement Program.

At-home subsidized servicing is only valid in the velofix Seattle and Seattle East service area. Any parts or additional labor that may be required to complete a service are the responsibility of the employee.

velofix is available to service your bike at all Microsoft campuses and buildings, or we can bring our fully equipped mobile bike shop to your home, whichever is most convenient to you..

Who can book velofix?

All Microsoft employees (and their friends and family) are welcome to book a bike service with velofix.

How do I book a service?

Visit our website at velofix.com, enter the zip code of your preferred location, choose your required service and select a time from our real time availability. Enter coupon code MICROSOFTHQ at checkout. You’re all set! You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking and a reminder email prior to your appointment.

What is the subsidization offer?

Eligible Microsoft FTEs are entitled to two $70 subsidies towards 2 tune-ups a year (July 1 through June 30). To qualify for the subsidy, complete an Assumption of Risk Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement form.

What service packages are available?

Depending on your bike’s needs, you’re eligible for our Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages, as well as biking boxing and bike builds.
