velofix is a full-service mobile bike shop operating out of a fully equipped Sprinter van. We bring the bike shop to our customers, where and when they need us. We are excited to support Swedish Health Services with a convenient, premium service that will allow them to save time and ride more.
Swedish Health Services will provide caregivers with one basic tune-up per calendar year. Any replacement parts and their installation that may be needed and/or recommended will be the responsibility of the employee. Please show your badge to your technician at the time of service.
Velofix will be onsite at Swedish Health Services between 12pm – 4pm as follows:
- Monday June 21st: Issaquah Campus
- Tuesday June 22nd: First Hill Campus
- Wednesday June 23rd: Cherry Hill Campus
- Thursday June 24th: Ballard Campus
- Friday June 25th: Edmonds Campus

What costs are covered by Swedish?
Swedish will cover the cost of a basic tune-up. The cost of any replacement parts and their installation that may be necessary and/or recommended will be your responsibility.
When will my bike be ready?
Your technician will text once all the agreed work is complete and your bike is ready for pickup.
