We are offering all Alight employees 5% off the cost of minor and major tune-ups . Our standard cost of our minor or major service packages, for your road, mountain or commuter bike, costing $79 (minor tune) and $109 (major tune).

How do I book my appointment?

What if I don’t get a confirmation email right away?
The request form above will let us know you’d like to set-up an appointment. We will do our best to juggle as many requests as possible and get them scheduled manually so we can maximize our time on-site. As such, it may take up to a couple of hours for you to receive your confirmation email.
What if I can’t make my appointment time?
Not to worry! We try to schedule appointments throughout the day to spread out bike drop-offs so that the mechanic can spend time with you checking in your bike and discussing the work that is needed. If you can’t make the specific time of your scheduled appointment, feel free to drop your bike with us early and we’ll make time to talk through what’s going on with it, leaving you to go back to your day. If you will need to drop your bike with us later than scheduled, just shoot us an email by replying to the confirmation email) letting us know when you hope to stop by, or if you need to reschedule.
