I typically take all my bikes to the best shop in the universe, the TriShop, but was crunched on time due to my travel schedule so gave velofix Dallas a shot.

Conditions were so harsh today we even got snow! Nonetheless at 9:29am Jacob cruised to my house for our 9:30 appointment and proceeded to work relentlessly and professionally on both my road and tri bike. Super personable, extremely knowledgeable, and a master of his craft Jacob got both my bikes dialed in over the next 8 hours. Despite it being so cold his parts cleaner froze, Jacob persevered and even got his partner to come over to help out. He also gave me some great advice and recommendations that I’m going to try out.
