• The technician will text you when they arrive for the appointment. 
• The technician will pick up the bike and complete the service in the Mobile Bike Shop.
• The technician will call/text you if there are any questions during the service.

Parts Shortage 2021-2022

Due to Covid and the demand for outdoor activity, socially distant exercise and socially distant transportation people have turned to biking as the ideal solution. Because of this, new bikes and bike parts are in dangerously low supply. Velofix is doing everything in its power to secure these bike parts but please be aware we will run out of some consumables like chains, tubes, etc. We are currently showing sufficient stock but wanted to be totally transparent with the current worldwide parts shortage. We will do everything we can to get your bikes tuned up and ready for the 2022 season!
