For qualified employees, Microsoft covers the first $70 of the tune-up cost.
Employees are responsible for the remainder of the cost of the tune-up. Any parts or additional labor that may be required to complete a service are the responsibility of the employee. Please note prices below are quoted with the subsidy applied.

Commuter Starter Packages
Commuter starter packages are available to get you riding to work. The package includes a choice of bike, helmet, gloves and lights. Stay fit reimbursement may cover up to $800 toward the packages for participating employees. Order here!

Who is velofix?
velofix is a full service Mobile Bike Shop operating out of our fully equipped Sprinter van. We bring our shop to customers where and when they need us. We are excited to support Microsoft employees with a convenient, premium service that will allow them to save time and ride more.
Where is velofix located?
velofix is available to service your bike at all Microsoft campuses and buildings, or we can bring our fully equipped mobile bike shop to your home, whichever is most convenient to you.
Who can book velofix?
All Microsoft employees and vendors (and their friends and family, actually anyone!) are welcome to book a bike service with velofix.
How do I book a service?

Why can’t I book a service at the Overlake Transit Center?
Our Overlake Transit Center location is now permanently closed due to the Sound Transit light rail construction. For your convenience, we are now operating a fully mobile service where our mobile bike shop comes to you so you can save time and ride more (or in the case of Microsoft work more)
Can I have my bike serviced for $70?
No, at this time we offer our minor tune up and above which starts at $29 out of pocket.
Do I need a booking code to claim the Microsoft subsidy & preferred pricing?
No, The subsidy will be applied at the time of service.
