Will replacement parts be available?
velofix will continue to have access to Rad specific parts on a first come, first serve basis. We would suggest booking your velofix service now to ensure that parts and replacement items are in stock and available.
What if I need a new battery?
Note there is a Rad Power battery recall and you can find out more information here to see if your Rad Power bike is affected.
What should I do with my bike serial number?
We recommend you download the velofix Mobile App (available on iOS and Android) and save your bike details within the app.
Once logged in, add your bike and enter all your Rad Power bike details, including model number, year, and serial number. Once we have your bike details, we can determine what service packages will make sense for you. You can enter all your Rad Power e-bikes, as well as all other bikes in your garage.
Why does it say “This email account already exists” when I try to create an account via the velofix Mobile App?
If you have booked an appointment with us before, your account has already been created. Simply “Reset Your Password” and enter your email address. You will be sent a “reset password” email to your inbox with next steps.
What happens to warranties?

Is my battery affected by the recent recall?
