velofix is a full-service mobile bike shop operating out of our fully equipped Sprinter van. We bring the bike shop to our customers where and when they need us! We are excited to support Tableau employees with a convenient, premium service that will allow them to save time and ride more.

Packages
The cost to Tableau employees for services at these on-site days will be just $75 for our basic tune-up (regular price $89) and $110 for our major tune-up (regular price $129).
Note that the cost for any replacement parts that might be needed and their installation are additional to the service package.

I’d like a tune-up but can’t make any of the onsite days?
Velofix is pleased to extend a $10 discount on regular service packages booked online at velofix.com at your home using the booking code Tableau2019 (valid until December 31, 2019)
How do I book my appointment?
For onsite services at the Tableau office, please fill out the booking form above.
What if I don’t get a confirmation email right away?
The booking form above will let us know you’d like to set-up an appointment. We will do our best to juggle as many staff requests as possible for each on-site visit and get them scheduled manually so we can maximize our time on-site. As such, it may take up to a couple of hours for you to receive your confirmation email.
What if I can’t make my appointment time?
Not to worry! We try to schedule appointments throughout the day to spread out bike drop-offs so that the mechanic can spend time with you checking in your bike and discussing the work that is needed. If you can’t make the specific time of your scheduled appointment, please feel free to drop your bike with us when convenient for you and we’ll make time to talk through what’s going on with it, leaving you to go back to your day.
If you will need to drop your bike with us later than scheduled, just shoot us an email (by replying to the confirmation email) letting us know when you hope to stop by, or if you need to reschedule.
